Chapter 75: Śrī Rāmacandra Reaches Pampā

अभित्वरे च तं द्रष्टुं सुग्रीवं वानरर्षभम्।
तदधीनं हि मे सौम्य सीतायाः परिमार्गणम्॥
abhitvare ca taṁ draṣṭuṁ sugrīvaṁ vānara-rṣabham
tad-adhīnaṁ hi me saumya sītāyāḥ parimārgaṇam
abhitvare ca = I am in a hurry; tam = the; draṣṭum = to see; sugrīvam = Sugrīva; vānara-ṛṣabham = chief of the monkeys; tat-adhīnam = is dependent on him; hi = because; me = My; saumya = O gentle one; sītāyāḥ = for Sītā; parimārgaṇam = the search.
O gentle one, I am in a hurry to see Sugrīva, the chief of the monkeys, because the search for My Sītā is dependent on him.
